10 Information requirements
10.1 Publicly available information
10.1.1 The validation/verification body shall ensure the following information is made publicly
available:
a) information about the validation/verification process;
b) commitment to impartiality;
c) list of validation/verification activities the validation/verification body provides, including reference
to applicable programmes;
d) complaints and appeals process.
